I have over 25 years experience working in the music industry within all genres including Jungle/Drum & Bass/Hip Hop/Rock/Soul/Pop/House at independent through to major level. I specialise in Artist Development and Music Production. I am the former General Manager at Flex 101.4FM and hosted a Saturday morning weekly radio show on Flex with my daughter Bianca. This came after launching the show in 2019 with singer, songwriter and TV personality Sinitta. Outside of the studio I advise and consult for various social media and blockchain companies whilst constantly on the lookout for raw, fresh and talented artists and songwriters. I am experienced and knowledgable in all areas of the music business including publishing and copyrighting and have a large pool of contacts and resources to draw upon.
